Magee Resource Group has partnered with an academic medical center in Tennessee to search for a Clinical Director of a 40+Bed Emergency Department. This transformational leader must have a thorough understanding of throughput, proven success with process improvement, and possess strong communication and team building skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- BSN required
- Masters in healthcare related field
- 3+ years Emergency experience
- Emergency Department leadership experience
