Sr Director Perioperative
Magee Resource Group has partnered with the major academic campus, teaching, and flagship hospital of a not-for-profit health system to fill a Senior Director of Perioperative Services. This senior director will be responsible for 20 ORs (including cardiac and transplant), and four direct reports – over ORs, Sterile Processing, PACU, Same Day Surgery, and GI Lab. This visible and strategic leader will direct all patient care and nursing activities, manage physician relationships, foster the growth and development of staff, and will be responsible for the development and implementation of Perioperative Services’ strategy and growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in nursing required
- Minimum 5 years management experience within a surgical services department
- Current license as Registered Nurse
