Magee Resource Group is partnering with a growing physician practice within a regional health system to recruit a Nurse Practitioner – Urology to join a collaborative urology team supporting outpatient care and specialty patient management. This opportunity offers the ability to work alongside experienced physicians while practicing with autonomy and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care for patients across the urology service line while contributing to a highly collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including history, physical assessments, and identification of care priorities
• Diagnose and manage urologic conditions in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and specialty consults as appropriate
• Perform procedures and clinical interventions within scope of practice
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the medical record
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on outcomes
• Coordinate care across clinic teams and external providers to ensure continuity of care
• Deliver compassionate care while maintaining strong patient satisfaction and quality standards
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Nursing or graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Active Nurse Practitioner certification or eligibility for licensure
• Active RN license and Advanced Practice licensure (or ability to obtain)
• BLS certification required within onboarding period
Preferred Qualifications:
• MSN preferred
• Previous healthcare or hospital experience preferred
• Experience in urology, surgery, primary care, internal medicine, or procedural specialties preferred
• National certification through an accredited Nurse Practitioner organization preferred
